This is a custom-order collection.

Order Policy

All Mixed Floral Arrangements are custom-made to order. Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom floral orders. Work will not begin until the deposit has been paid.

Final Payment Policy

The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

Pickup Policy

• Public pickup is available at no additional charge.
• Customers must pick up arrangements on the agreed-upon date and time.
• Orders not picked up within 3 days of the scheduled pickup date may be discarded without refund due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Delivery Policy

• Local delivery is available for a flat fee of $15.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Someone must be available to receive the arrangement at the delivery location.

Fresh Flower Policy

Fresh flowers are seasonal and perishable. Specific flower varieties may occasionally require substitutions due to availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color scheme.

Mixed Floral Arrangement Policy

Mixed Floral Arrangements contain both fresh and artificial flowers. The fresh flowers will naturally age over time, while the artificial flowers are intended to remain as a lasting keepsake.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Orders canceled after supplies have been purchased may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
• Custom orders that are completed are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of floral products, all floral sales are final. Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Photography Policy

Glamorous Roses LLC reserves the right to photograph completed arrangements and use images for marketing, advertising, social media, website portfolios, and promotional purposes.

Weather & Seasonal Availability Policy

Flower availability and pricing may change due to holidays, weather conditions, supplier shortages, or seasonal demand. Customers will be notified if significant substitutions are necessary.

Liability Policy

Once an arrangement has been picked up or delivered, Glamorous Roses LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, weather exposure, neglect, pets, children, or failure to follow care instructions.
