Subscription Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you skip or cancel before your next billing date.

Skip or Cancel

You may skip a monthly delivery or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Any changes made after your payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Handcrafted Fresh Flowers

Each bouquet is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers specifically for your order. Once your monthly payment has been processed and your bouquet enters production, that month’s subscription order cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Flower Availability

Flower varieties and colors may vary based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style and value of your selected subscription.

Delivery & Pickup

Subscribers may choose local delivery or public pickup, where available. Delivery schedules may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or flower availability.
