All fragrance products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer local pickup and delivery options for customers in our area:

• Public Pickup: Free (scheduled after full payment is received)
• Local Delivery: $15 fee

Payment must be completed in full via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay before pickup or delivery is arranged.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glamorous Roses LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Liability

Once your order has been shipped, Glamorous Roses LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
