All products are handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened products.

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged
• Incorrect item was received

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photo proof of the issue

Custom floral orders and personalized items are final sale and require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

All sales are final.
