*******Subscription Cancellation Policy******

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may skip or cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Once your monthly payment has been processed and your handcrafted bouquet enters production, that month’s order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.

Delivery & Pickup

Local Delivery
Your monthly subscription includes local delivery within our service area. Your bouquet will be delivered during the first full week of each month. We’ll contact you a few days in advance with your scheduled delivery date.

Public Pickup
If you choose public pickup, we’ll notify you by email or text when your bouquet is ready and provide pickup details.
